“our”) operates the website and the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). This

terminate our text messaging services from time to time, for any reason and without notice, including
the right to terminate text messaging without notice, without liability to you, any other user or a third
party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Please
review these Terms of Use from time to time so that you are timely notified of any changes.
Additionally, you agree that we may send any SMS Statement Notifications through your

phone number for these services. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from

time, in order to deliver advertisements that may interest visitors based on their browsing history.

CLINIC POLICIES

APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are booked on a first come first serve basis. If you have a specific day or time of day that works best for you please plan accordingly and prebook your appointment to ensure you get your desired time. Our online booking portal displays the most up-to-date availability and is the preferred way to book appointments. Please note that we require a credit card to reserve your appointment.
 

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to our providers please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged $100 if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. After two violations of this policy we will require you to prepay for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be required to reschedule to avoid disrupting other clients’ appointments. There are no exceptions to these policies.
 

PRICING & PREPAYMENTS

Pricing for treatments is subject to change. Pre-purchasing packages is the only way to guarantee pricing for a specific service, and are non refundable. If you are unable to use your pre-purchased package, you may transfer it to another person or receive a credit to be used towards other services or products at the value that was paid. If there are any payment issues with a client’s credit or debit card (chargebacks, fraud) the client will be required to pay in cash.
 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Service Returns: All service fees are non-refundable once the service has been provided. Retail Product Returns: Unopened retail products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Products must be in their original, sealed packaging, and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Pre-Purchased Packages: Pre-purchased packages for services and/or retail products are non-refundable but they are transferrable. If you are unable to use your pre-purchased package, you may transfer it to another person or receive a credit to be used towards other services or products at the value that was paid.
 

CONSULTATIONS

Currently our consultation are complimentary. They include in depth education about your unique skin type, a comprehensive discussion about all options available to you, and a clear plan of action based on your individual goals. There is a limit of 2 free consultations per person per 365 days.
 

GROUP APPOINTMENTS

Please call the office at 320-460-2821 for group availability as special requirements may apply to bookings of three people or more. A credit card must be provided for all group reservations, and a $200 deposit per person is required to guarantee the appointment. The deposit can be used toward the services scheduled on that day. There is a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellation of group appointments. You will be charged $100 if your appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within the 72 hour window.
 

CHILD POLICY

To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for their children while at Glacial Lakes Aesthetics. Children in the waiting area create health and safety risks due to the nature of the business, and are not allowed to be left unattended at any time. Our goal is to have a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
 

PET POLICY

For the health and safety of our clients Glacial Lakes Aesthetics has a No-Pets policy which applies to pets, emotional support animals, comfort animals and therapy animals. Only working service dogs are permitted, which must be leashed or harnessed except when performing work or tasks where tethering interferes Thank you for your cooperation and consideration of all our clients.
 

FILM & PHOTO POLICY

Clients, friends, and family members are prohibited from filming, recording, or taking photos of our Certified Aesthetic Providers and staff in a treatment room or anywhere on Glacial Lakes Aesthetics property. If you would like to film, please seek written approval from Glacial Lakes Aesthetics Marketing Team or Practice Manager.
