Alexandra Malkuch

Alex is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse double board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). From a young age she has had a passion for medical aesthetics and non-surgical procedures in a service environment. With her advanced anatomy and physiology knowledge she is able to execute a treatment plan to meet your goals while ensuring the highest level of safety, comfort and satisfaction. Kristy Schug

Kristy is a Registered Nurse, aesthetic injector, and laser specialist. She has 19 years of clinical experience with a strong background in surgical nursing. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their unique goals. Her attention to detail and artistic eye are key to achieving natural looking results to help her clients feel refreshed and confident. She enjoys bringing art and science together while servicing clients in a medical aesthetic setting.

Kristine is our AP aesthetic provider, and has a background as an Advanced Practice Esthetician. She specializes in skin health, customized regimens and overall maintenance of your skincare routine.  She has been in the traditional health care setting since 2018 and has been focused solely on aesthetics full time for the last 3 years. Kristine has a deep understanding of how treatments work together to achieve the results you want!

Mary is our Client Relations Specialist and has a special focus on the most important part of our business – YOU! Her background is in cosmetology and she has a passion for making others feel comfortable in their own skin! She is our number one point person for communication and is committed to ensuring you have an excellent experience.

Amanda Settle, Licensed Dietitian

Amanda Settle

Amanda Settle is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with Nutrition Wise, a private practice in Effingham, Illinois.  She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Nutritional Science and Dietetics. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and has also completed training for healthcare professionals for the Low FODMAP Diet for Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) from Monash University.   Amanda serves as the official Dietitian/Nutritionist for the Tulsa Ballet, in Tulsa, Oklahoma and contracts with other clinics and medical spas to help meet their client’s nutritional needs. Amanda enjoys helping clients with gastrointestinal and weight loss challenges create a mealtime strategy that fits their lifestyle in order to become the healthiest version of themselves. Nutrition and lifestyle visits can be completed in person or virtually.
